If you cancel due to weather, or any reason, before the event, you keep 100% of your paid credits for any future rental. Credits never expire.

Our reschedule anytime policy means you can cancel for any reason up until your event. You will receive a credit that never expires. Reschedule your event or use the credits towards your next event. We do not issue refunds.
